As part of the integration, Waterdrop’s AI Insurance Expert has been upgraded to support multimodal interactions, including voice and text, enabling complex dialogues and strategic sales assistance. The AI system is capable of autonomously managing voice communications and consultations for various insurance products, such as accident and medical coverage. According to Waterdrop, these AI-driven interactions can last up to 50 minutes, significantly enhancing customer engagement.

Additionally, Waterdrop has launched its Large-scale AI Model Insurance Quality Inspection solution to standardize and improve insurance service quality. This advanced system utilizes contextual semantic understanding and long-text reasoning to analyze conversations, discern user intent, and evaluate emotional tone. It ensures comprehensive quality inspection across multiple communication channels, including voice interactions and enterprise WeChat chat records.
